Our Administrator and her husband Kelly both studied culinary arts and have worked in the food industry for years. The collaboration of their  passion for creating innovative, nutritious and comforting foods is a large part of TTJ's foundation. Kisa ( our pastry chef ) bakes a wide variety of warm goodies weekly and encourages resident participation. All of our menu items are made from scratch (unless otherwise stated) to ensure our residents enjoy all the benefits our culinary team can provide. Our facility constantly has savory and sweet aromas circulating through our home, family members and friends are welcome to join us for a meal anytime.
A master book with previous dishes is kept at our facility and a Taking The Journey Cookbook is in the works!
